Hypnosis is a perfectly natural state and one we all experience several times every day.
The mind consists of two parts – the conscious and the subconscious.
The conscious mind is analytical and works with rational information, for example, looking out for traffic when we cross the road.
By contrast, our very powerful, subconscious mind controls our beliefs, our imaginations and our emotions as well as storing our permanent memory.
Once a concept is locked into the subconscious, it becomes our point of reference, even if that point of reference is not always in our best interests.
During hypnosis, the state of the mind is adjusted so that the subconscious mind is free to accept new suggestions which will be more beneficial to us.

What people say
"I was a bit skeptical at first, but I have never felt so relaxed and this has helped me so much to move forward in my life.
Thank you."
Dr. JH - General Dentist
“Hi Zoe
Thank you so so much for my session the other day . I’ve realised from my session with you .. that there was just such a build up of suppressed trauma ! Something had to give a few years ago I realise that now . Thank you so much for being there and for your wonderful skills as a dentist and hypnotherapist xx I’m practicing the benny hill scramble technique when ever I think of swallowing and panic and of the sensation of the lovely comforting strong marble in my hand ! Also the vision of me as a conqueror as well as a survivor! Xx"
Linda C. - Patient
“My first session was so great, I didn't know what to really expect and I am feeling more relaxed and my general anxiety has reduced. Ready for the next session to help me overcome my dental anxiety and fears.”
